4 Lb Chuck -- ground
2 1/2 C Bread Crumbs
3 Eggs
1/2 C Milk
1 Onion -- chopped
2 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
2 Tbsp Parsley
Salt And Pepper
1/2 C Cheddar Cheese -- grated
2 Cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Sm Sour Cream
1 Can
Mushroom -- sliced & drained
Basil
Oregano
1/2 C Swiss Cheese -- grated
Mix beef, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic,
parsley, salt & pepper together. If too sticky, add bread crumbs. If too
dry, add milk. Roll into little balls, fry in 1" vegetable oil, med. heat,
drain.
Combine remaining ingredients together to form sauce and
heat over a very low flame. Stir until a good consistency.
Mix meatballs and sauce together. Cover with grated Swiss and cheddar cheese.
Heat in oven for 15 minutes or in crackpot until cheese
melts.
