Roasted Pecans With Garam

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
F. Toss the nuts with the oil and roast on a sheet pan until lightly browned
all over, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and toss with the garam masala, sugar, and
salt.
NOTES : Makes 2 cups, can also be
made with raw cashews
