Blueberry Delight

   2      C             Graham Cracker Crumbs

     1/2  C             Powdered Sugar

     1/2  C             Pecan -- chopped

   1      Stick         Margarine -- melted

   8      Oz            Cream Cheese -- room temp

   1      C             Sugar

   2                    Eggs

   2      Tsp           Lemon Juice

   1      Can           Blueberry Pie Filling

  16      Oz            Cool Whip®

 

Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, chopped nuts and melted margarine.  Press into an oiled 9x13 inch cake pan (glass is best since it will show the layers).

 

Mix together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs and lemon juice. Spread evenly over the graham cracker crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Remove and cool.

 

Spread the blueberry pie filling on top of the cooled cream cheese layer. Spread the Coolwhip toping on top of the blueberry and then chill till served.
